This perfect little boutique hotel on the beach was the setting for Sarah and Alex's wedding day. The skies were clear and sunny and the streets and boardwalk surrounding the hotel were bustling with beach-goers.

I call Sarah and Alex my 2018 "happy heart" couple, because they are so full of love and they are so playful together. They are the kind of people who don't care about being in front of a camera as long as they're together. This day was full of big glowing smiles and warm intimate moments.

As the venue was being transformed for a wedding, Sarah and her girls were getting ready in the hotel just steps away from where vows would be shared. Flowers were delivered, tabletops were being set with succulent covered driftwood that the bridesmaids put together, and Sarah's heirloom dress hung ready to be worn. Sarah wore an altered dress that her mother and grandmother wore on their wedding day and let me tell you, that 60 year old gown twirled like a brand new dress. Sarah was glowing in it.
